So, last night I was to be found at my local dance studio taking some group photos for them.

I was crouched on the floor, and went to stand up, and as I did... to my extreme horror, my rather expensive lens (also the only one I currently have) fell off my camera and straight onto the wooden board floor.

In front of about 25 dance kids who just stared. The lens seems to be okay, the screw on UV filter took the damage, it has a large chip on the edge where it hit.

But the lens seems to be okay... right?
